Real del Monte by its topography presents a motley urban layout of calls "broken plate", typical of old mining camps. Any street or alley to walk the traveler will find the steep, winding, narrow or end, and when two or more come together, form squares. Real del Monte, in general, is a town crossed by a large number of streets that form a labyrinth.

Since colonial appearance offered on the slopes of the hills, once forested, and the form taken by its buildings, attracted the attention of travelers, who do not fail to notice the pleasant memories in their image of their village.
